Services

AribaTax provides Indiana property data through web applications, APIs, and data products. Our services include property search, tax appeal automation, assessment analytics, and developer tools.

Data Usage

Property data provided through our platform is sourced from public records. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is complete or error-free. Users should verify critical data independently before making financial or legal decisions.

API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription tier. You agree not to exceed your allocated usage, share API keys, or use automated means to circumvent rate limits.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, discriminate against, or harm any person
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Resell data without an appropriate license agreement

Intellectual Property

AribaTax owns all rights to our platform, software, and proprietary analytics. Public property data itself is not subject to copyright, but our compilation, enrichment, and presentation of that data is protected.

Limitation of Liability

AribaTax is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
