About AribaTax
AribaTax is Indiana's property data platform. We collect, process, and serve property data from all 92 Indiana counties — parcel geometry, assessed values, building characteristics, sales history, and risk overlays — through a unified platform that powers 10 different products.
Our mission is to make Indiana property data accessible, accurate, and actionable for everyone: developers building applications, homeowners checking their assessments, investors analyzing deals, insurers underwriting risk, and government agencies ensuring assessment equity.
What We Do
Collect
We pull data from the Indiana Geographic Information Office, DLGF gateway files, 39 county CAMA systems, and public sales records.
Process
Raw data from dozens of sources is normalized, enriched, and combined into unified parcel records with consistent schemas.
Analyze
AI valuations, assessment equity metrics, risk scores, and motivated-seller flags are computed across every parcel.
Serve
10 products deliver data to developers, consumers, investors, insurers, agricultural professionals, and government agencies.
Why Indiana First
We believe in depth over breadth. By focusing exclusively on Indiana, we can offer more complete data than any national provider. We know Indiana's assessment methodology, we've built adapters for its specific county systems, and we understand the local market nuances that national datasets miss.
Indiana has 3.7 million property parcels across 92 counties, each with its own assessor and data systems. Unifying this fragmented landscape into a single platform is the kind of hard, state-specific work that national providers skip.
